Grievance Redressal Technology Acquired by Institute of Technology, Mayyil

The online grievance redressal system from the house of Orell has been implemented at Institute of Technology, Mayyil, to ensure transparency in the institute, with the paramount objective of preventing unfair practices and to provide a mechanism to innocent students for redressal of their concerns. The complaints dropped in by the stakeholders will be taken care of, in the most systematic manner. The software is developed as per the initiative taken by AICTE earlier this year.
The Institute of Technology Mayyil, was established by Hira Charitable Trust with a vision to bring up an education complex in Mayyil. Accordingly, Institute of Technology Mayyil came into being in 2002. This institute has been recognized by Govt. of Kerala, Approved by AICTE and affiliated to Kannur University.
The institute envisions to develop a centre of excellence in management education, research, training and consultancy within the ambit of global changes.
