Edugrievance Introduced at Mahindra École Centrale, Telangana

Mahindra École Centrale, Telangana has hosted Grievance Redressal System in association with Oréll Software Solutions. The technical experts at Oréll created the portyal to merge with the institute's existing website. The system is created and installed to manage the feedback and complaints that would be posted by all the stakeholders, including, teachers, students, faculty members and parents.
All the users can post their concerns by using the online complaint system. The user-friendly interface of the system reduces the distance and time barrier between users and institute management to create responsive and cordial situation in the institute.
Mahindra École Centrale was founded in 2014 with the collaboration of Tech Mahindra, École Centrale Paris and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. Mahindra École Centrale emphasizes the need for students to learn from a wider knowledge spectrum and acquire inter-disciplinary capabilities. The Institution is home to National and international faculty who work at the frontiers of academic inquiry and follow the developments of the real world in order to educate students to become experts in their disciplines. The institution is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and JNTUH.
