Installation of Online Grievance Redressal System at Gogte Institute of Technology, Karnataka

As per the new regulations put forward by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), it is mandatory that every AICTE-approved institution should establish an online complaint mechanism in the campus to address the grievances of students and faculty members and for maintaining annual approval by the AICTE. Therefore, Gogte Institute of Technology, Karnataka has signed an agreement with Oréll to establish an online grievance redressal portal, Edugrievance, to establish a fair, independent and consistent system for redressal of various issues faced by the stakeholders in private or public institutions and to develop a responsive attitude among all the constituents The prime benefit of grievance redressal system is to make users get solved their problems easily by using the online complaint system. The user-friendly interface of the system reduces the distance and time barrier between users and institute management to create responsive and cordial situation in the institute. Gogte Institute of Technology, the flagship Institute of Karnatak Law Society, Belagavi was incepted in 1979. the institute is approved by AICTE and has been accredited with grade A+ by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).
